What we take off your team's plate
Executive itineraries where the schedule changes twice a week. Group moves — a sales team of twelve to a conference, a crew to a site. Meetings and incentives travel. Refund chasing and unused-ticket tracking, which quietly bleeds money at most companies. And a live agent at the other end of the phone when the 6 AM flight cancels at 11 PM.
How it works
We start with a short conversation about volume, destinations, and the travel policy you have (or want). Trips are booked by an agent who knows your preferences — seat, airline, hotel chain, rental car. Travelers get a clean itinerary and a support number; your office gets consolidated reporting on spend.
Who we fit
Companies too small for a big travel-management contract and too busy to keep booking on consumer websites — typically five to fifty traveling employees. Professional-services firms, manufacturers, and family-owned businesses around Chicago and the west suburbs.
How it works
1. Tell us about the trip
A short call or email — who's traveling, when, and what you want out of it. Fifteen minutes is usually enough.
2. Get a tailored plan
Your advisor comes back with a concrete itinerary and pricing — options, not a menu of everything.
3. We book and stand behind it
We handle reservations, changes, and the details en route. If something goes sideways while you travel, you call a person, not a hold queue.
Common questions
Do you charge management fees?
For most small-business programs, no — we work on supplier commissions like any agency. If your volume justifies a managed program with policy enforcement and detailed reporting, we will quote a fee openly and show you what it saves.
Can you enforce a travel policy?
Yes — preferred airlines and hotels, approval workflows, and spend caps per trip. We will tell you honestly whether your volume justifies that overhead or whether simple agent-managed booking is the better fit.
What happens when a flight cancels at midnight?
You call your agent's number, not the airline. We rebook while your traveler is still walking out of the terminal. This is the single biggest reason companies keep a travel agency.
Do you handle international business travel?
Yes — including visas and entry requirements, which change often enough that a checked list from last year is a liability.
